Combined with Flexnet Unattended Ground Sensors (UGS), the third-party sensors are triggered and controlled via the encrypted mesh network. The wireless cameras can transmit compressed pictures or video clips over the mesh network. This gives the operator visual confirmation of activities detected by sensors. Flexnet´s low data rate network enables the user to maintain a low electromagnetic signature and maximize operational endurance.
Electro-optical equipment that requires a higher bandwidth, such as PTZ, chemical detection, and long-range high-resolution cameras can be operated via the Gateway V so that a large amount of data can be locally stored and transmitted.
